• Content: Ideas, text, and photos uploaded
• Payments: Transaction details (processed securely)
• Usage Data: Device info, app activity, crash reports

2. How We Use Your Data

• To operate, improve, and maintain the app
• To process competition entries, idea evaluation, rewards, and payouts
• To communicate updates, rewards, or offer support
• To comply with legal requirements

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

• Data may be shared with third parties for ads, analytics, crash reporting, or payments (e.g., Firebase, Google, payment gateways).
• Ideas/content remain your property, but Trescend has license to use/display/evaluate them on the app.
• Personal data is never sold to advertisers.

4. Data Security

• Reasonable measures are in place to safeguard data, but no method is 100% secure.

5. Rewards & Payments

• Reward and payout details may be requested from recipients in order to process manual payments.
• Trescend handles payout processing directly and is responsible only for payments made by its own team.
• Trescend is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate payment information provided by recipients.

6. Your Rights

• You can request deletion of your account and data, or request correction/access via email.

7. Children's Privacy

• Trescend is not intended for those under 13. If under 18, parental/guardian consent is required.
